Daily Market Report:

The Indian Equity benchmark indices BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 were closed negative at the end of the day. BSE Sensex was down by 323.34 points to 58340.99 and Nifty was down by 88.30 points to 17415.05

ONGC, Adani Ports, Coal India were the top gainers

For Nifty 17,200-level to act as immediate support and 17,600-700 level to act as immediate Resistance

F&O expiry tomorrow and expiry is all about momentum where momentum is in favor of bears for time being

Open Interest:

On open interest, Maximum put open interest was seen at 17000 followed by 17300. Maximum call open interest was seen at 17500 followed by 17600

Put Writing seen at 17100 followed by 17000

Call Writing seen at 17500 followed by 17600

India VIX fell by 5.11% from 18.02 to 17.10 level.

Participant wise open interest data of FII Shows call selling in the index is more than put selling. FII's were 53.89% long in index future was equal compared to the previous day.

In Cash Market, FII's are net sellers 5122.65 crores, and DII's are net buyers 3809.62 crores.

Options data suggests a trading range between 17200 to 17600

Global Markets:

U.S Markets were closed mixed at the end of the Day 

Dow Jones industrial average was down by 9.42 points or 0.026% to 35804.38

S&P 500 Index was up by 10.76 points or 0.23% to 4701.46

Nasdaq Composite was up by 70.09 points or 0.44% to 15845.23

European markets were mixed at the end of the day

Most of the Asian markets are negative right now 07.30 IST

SGX Nifty trading 32 points lower to 17378 07.30 IST

SGX Nifty indicates a flat to negative opening for Indian markets.
