Daily Market Report:

The Indian Equity benchmark indices BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 ended negative at the end of the day. BSE Sensex was down by 300.17 points to 55329.32 and Nifty down by 118.35 points to 16,450.50.

HUL, Britannia, Asian Paints were the top Gainers.

Hindustan Unilever hits ₹6 Lakh crore market cap for the first time.

Federal Reserve's hint at an earlier-than-expected withdrawal of its ultra-loose monetary policy hurt investor sentiment worldwide.

Open interest:

On open interest, Maximum put open interest was seen at 15000 followed by 16000. Maximum call open interest was seen at 16500 followed by 17000.

Put Writing seen at 16400 followed by 16300.

Call Writing seen at 16500 followed by 17100.

India VIX up by 8.64% from 12.90 to 14.02 on a day. Overall Lower volatility indicates that bulls are Holding the Market.

Participant wise open interest data of FII Shows put selling in the index is more than call selling. 

FII's were 61.93 % long in index future was decreased compared to the previous day

In Cash Market, FII's are net sellers 2287.03 crores, and DII's are net buyers 119.30 crores.

Options data suggests a trading range between 16400 to 16700.

U.S Markets were closed positive at the end of the Day.

Dow Jones industrial average was up by 225.96 points or 0.65% at 35120.08 

S&P 500 Index was up by 35.87 points or 0.81% at 4441.67 

Nasdaq Composite was up by 172.88 points or 1.19% at 14714.66 

European markets were closed positive at the end of the day
